  • Eggs- 2
  • Milk- 2 tablespoons
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese- 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Steps to Do:

  • Just coat a 12-oz. microwave-safe coffee cup with a cooking spray. Now add milk and eggs into it. Beat it well until it gets blended.
  • Microwave on high for about 45 seconds until the eggs are almost set.

Bacon & Egg Breakfast Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe



  • Eggs- 2
  • Milk or Water – 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper as required
  • Butter- 3 Tablespoons
  • Whole wheat or white bread- 4 Slices
  • Colby-Jack cheese- 2 Slices
  • Fully-cooked bacon- 4 Slices

Steps to Do:

  • Beat the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl till it gets blended well.
  • Now heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a big nonstick pan over average heat till it gets hot. Pour in egg mixture in that pan. As eggs start to set, slightly pull the eggs over the pan with the help of an inverted turner, creating big soft curds. Cook it well –lifting, pulling, and folding eggs – till solidified and no noticeable liquid egg remains. Do not stir continuously.
  • Spread the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter evenly on each side of every bread slice. Put two slices in the pan, buttered down. Top it evenly with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese. Now, cover with rest of the bread, buttered side up.
  • Cook sandwiches on average heat, rotating once, till bread is cooked and cheese is melted, about 2 to 4 minutes.

Spinach, ham and cheese omelet



  • Eggs- 2
  • Water- 2 Tablespoons
  • Butter- 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • Shredded Italian cheese blend (1 oz.)- 1/4 cup
  • Baby spinach- 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped ham- 1/4 cup

Steps to Do:

  • Beat the eggs and water well in a small bowl.
  • Heat the butter in a nonstick omelet pan over the medium-high heat ’til it gets hot. Tilt the pan to coat the bottom. Pour the egg mixture. The blend should set instantly at edges.
  • Now gently push the cooked portions from edges towards the center so that the uncooked eggs can spread the hot pan surface. Cook it well by tilting pan and mildly moving cooked portions as required.
  • When the top surface of eggs is solidified, season with pepper and salt. Top the cheese on omelet and again top it with ham and spinach. it is one of the best breakfast recipes to taste. Fold the omelet in half. Serve it immediately.

Cinnamon French Toast Sticks



  • Vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt-1/2 cup
  • Ground cinnamon-1/4 tablespoon
  • Wide-loaf day-old bread- 4 slices
  • Eggs-4
  • Sauce:   Vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt- 3/4 cup

                        Maple-flavored pancake syrup- 1/4 cup

                        Ground cinnamon- 1/8 tablespoons

Steps to Do:

  • Combine all the sauce ingredients.
  • Beat the eggs well, add 1/2 cup of yogurt and cinnamon in a shallow dish and blend it out. Cut every bread slice into 2 to 3 wide sticks. Now, soak the bread sticks in egg mixture completely.
  • Now, coat the big nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat it over average heat. Put the half the bread sticks in the pan. Cook them on a medium to medium-low heat till it gets golden brown colour.
  • Clean the pan and repeat the process to cook the remaining sticks.  French toast sticks are one of the best breakfast recipes that can be served with dipping tomato sauce.
